Why is my dog vomiting, lethargic, and has yellow eyes and dark urine?

Oh my. I am so sorry but i sounds like Kegsi is in liver failure. I would highly recommend considering humane euthanasia if you can't go forward with proper testing and treatment at this time. It is a good possibility that she has a severe liver condition that has a poor prognosis, or that will require hospitalization stay and IV fluids to treat for. It sounds as Georgia is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

The swollen eye may or may not have anything to do with the vomiting. He could be having an allergic reaction. He could be sore from a hidden injury you are unaware of, he could have been exposed to some sort of toxin or irritant in his environment or this could be early signs of another condition or disease process. Maggie is very ill and needs to see a veterinarian right away. The yellow color could be because she has liver disease or she has a red blood cell disorder going on. She needs to have bloodwork and xrays done as soon as possible to figure out what is wrong and help her to feel better.

A urinalysis would be needed to see if the increased kidney values are because of kidney disease or dehydration. I am concerned about liver failure causing the low protein levels and hypoglycemia. Additional diagnostics would be needed to determine the cause and most appropriate treatment. An ultrasound, biopsy or culture may be indicated. Symptoms can be treated individually, so discuss the use of anti-nausea medications with your vet. Other medications may also be indicated to reduce the effects of digestion with a failing liver, like metronidazole, lactulose, denamarin, and others.
