I am not sure if the skin and vomiting are related. Common causes for the skin issues you have described include bacterial infection, fungal infection, mites, fleas, allergies, among others. The pus indicates either infection or an autoimmune issue and she will most likely need oral antibiotics to fix this problem.
Possible causes for nausea include dietary intolerance, dietary indiscretion, food allergy, intestinal parasites, GI blockage, gastroenteritis, bacterial or viral infection, IBD, pancreatitis, among others. If the vomiting or inability to eat food continues for 24 hours, I recommend that she see a vet as soon as possible.
