My bulldog is vomiting, drinking lots, and has red eyes. What's wrong?

This is not specific to any disease, but indicates that something is either directly upsetting her stomach, or generally making her feel nauseous. I would not be suspicious of allergies or heat stroke with what you are describing. The fact that she is also drinking more water and is having red-appearing eyes is somewhat concerning that she may have a problem with on of her organs (i.e. liver or kidney).

In order to discover the cause of this problem you will need to take Kenzie to a veterinarian for an evaluation. They can help narrow-down the cause of this and provide treatment to at-least make her feel better.

I think it's good to continue with feeding less more often, but make sure she has plenty of water available. She should always be allowed to drink as much as she wants, or she can get dangerously dehydrated.
