My dog throws up everytime she tries to eat and has had diarrhea for over 24 hours. I know she has not drank water in the past 8 hours or so. Should I be concerned?

I would take Fancy into a vet immediately. It's very concerning that she can't even keep down water, and that combined with vomiting and diarrhea will lead her to be dehydrated very quickly. With an older dog, dehydration can have serious causes on the kidneys. I would find a vet to see her now. Best of luck.

I'm sorry to hear Tony is so ill. Since he is vomiting and having diarrhea for several days, and is unable to keep anything down at all, it is best to seek veterinary care ASAP, as not being able to eat or drink can quickly make a dog dehydrated. Issues such as illness, viral diseases, parasites, GI upset, etc can all cause the symptoms you described, which is why it is so important to get veterinary care and figure out the cause.
