Why does my dog throw up bland food, eggs, chicken, with normal tests?

I am sorry Choco is having this issue. I would recommend a prescription diet that has hydrolyzed protein. If he stops vomiting after 2 months of being on it then it was a food allergy, I would also recommend x-rays of Choco's abdomen and chest. The reason for this is to make sure there is no issues with his gastrointestinal tract and to make sure his esophagus is ok. I am so sorry Chi hasn't been feeling well. If all the tests were clear then I would recommend having an abdominal ultrasound performed. This would look at the architecture of the intestines and stomach and see if there is anything else that could be going on with Chi. She could have pancreatitis, a foreign object, a bad gastrointestinal upset, and much more going on that may or may not show up on the blood work and might not even show up on X-rays. I would also recommend a bland prescription diet to help settle her stomach also. I would have a ultrasonographer or an internal medicine specialist to perform the ultrasound. I'm sorry to hear that Sophie is intolerant to the foods you are trying. This may be a sign of a chronic underlying problem with her stomach like IBD, food allergies, or pancreatitis. You can try feeding a formulation of a bland diet like Hill's I/d or Royal Canin Gastrointestinal. You can also try a hypoallergenic diet or a novel protein diet. If the vomiting persists, she should be examined by a veterinarian to determine what the underlying problem may be.

Throwing up can be caused by a food sensitivity, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, an intestinal blockage, bacterial infection, viral infection, the weather, food change, stress, etc.  I would fast Juice for 24 hours and then put her on bland food for two days, such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to regular food slowly over a few days. If this does not clear up the vomiting or if the vomiting increases, or if your dog gets lethargic, she needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection going on

Poor girl! If she has already had her biopsy results returned and they were clear then I would worry about cancer somewhere. Although unlikely since she is so young it is definitely possible. You could also have your vet send off a GI panel to check her pancreatic enzymes, cobalamin, and folate levels. If the biopsy results have not come back yet, I would wait for those before trying anything new. It could show several different things including inflammatory bowel disease, change in the musculature, and much more that will help your vet treat her. Biopsies are the best diagnosis for dogs that won't eat and all other tests are normal. I hope this helps and she starts to eat and feel better really soon!

I would start by initiating a bland diet and then feed this at least 3 days beyond the resolution of the vomit. Once it is resolved, I would transition back to the dog food. If the vomiting and decreased appetite begin again, I would do the bland diet and then transition to a completely different dog food altogether and see if this helps. If this does not help, then I would have the veterinarian examine Kuma so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps! If she has a sensitive stomach too many treats can definitely cause GI upset. I would pick up all food and snacks and offer a bland meal of some boiled chicken and rice to see if it helps settle her stomach and also use an alternative treat at training (and let your trainer know so they don't give her the wrong one.) If she is continuing to vomit, can't keep anything at all down, or has been ill for more than a day, then a trip to your vet ASAP is best.
