How much are pet vaccinations at Vetco and do I need an appointment?

All you need to do is call your local Petco, or look online & find out when the veterinarian will be there, show up & wait your turn. Simple!

Unfortunately, there are no veterinary clinics located in Petco stores in your area - yet. You can get vaccinations done at Vetco vaccination clinics, as well as heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Be sure you get Tars in before he is 6 months of age, and he won't need a heartworm test. He should also be dewormed against intestinal parasites. The prices for veterinary hospitals vary greatly depending on the area where you live and what type of clinic you are going to (corporate such as Banfield, a private practice or a shelter that has a spay/neuter/vaccine clinic). You could call around to your local options to get pricing for an initial exam and shots, and then would be able to discuss surgical needs during that appointment. Good luck!

To be on the safe side I would consider the dog not vaccinateed and have Bamboi vaccinated. Discuss with your vet whether he needs the full course (at his age two vaccinations 3-4 weeks apart and then a booster 1 year later) or just one booster.
