My female boxer of 11 years of age, has a UTI. I have Sulfameth/trimethoprim 800/160MG. Could you please tell how much I should give her and for how long? I didn't want to just go by what the I find on the internet. Thank you!

You should never give your dog antibiotics without having her checked by a vet, this antibiotics is not the antibiotic of choice for a UTI in dogs, I strongly recommend that you take her to your vet , take a fresh urine sample with you in a clean plastic container so your vet can perform a urine analysis.
