If Sky has a sensitive stomach, then you will want to transition his diet over a period of at least 5-7 days. In order to do this, you have a few options. The green cow is a tripe formulation that is very rich, so I might wait on adding that to his diet. The turkey should be more gentle, so I would mix 75% of his homemade diet with 25% of the turkey for a couple of days to make sure that his stomach is tolerating the switch. Make sure to add some water and mix it well so he cannot just pick out the turkey. If he does well with that, then you can transition to 50:50 for a couple of days, then 75% turkey and 25% homemade before transitioning completely to the turkey. When adding the green cow, I might do a transition even more slowly and only change 10% of the food at a time. He absolutely needs to be on a puppy food, unless the "adult" food you are giving your other dog is one that is "appropriate for all life stages". Any time we switch foods we can cause stomach upset. I recommend adding in small amounts of the new food to the old food, and slowly increasing the amount. If Chance has a particularly sensitive stomach, you should wean him onto the new food over a week.
