There are no over-the-counter human medications that are recommended for use in dogs for this problem, so unfortunately there is nothing you can give him apart from small amounts of a bland diet to see if this helps.

An upset stomach is a common problem with puppies and is usually self-limiting (will go away on its own). It may not be serious right now, but it's always possible that it could be the start of something serious. If Jack has any of the following, then he should see a vet: 1) Blood in diarrhea 2) Very watery diarrhea 3) Starts acting very depressed 4) Stops eating or drinking for longer than 24 hours. 5) Diarrhea lasts longer than three days. You can try feeding bland food (boneless chicken and rice is good). Feed small portions (1/4 cup or less) three times a day. Ensure fresh, clean water is always available. If the signs are not persistent and are gradually resolving, there is no need for a veterinary consultation at this stage. Continue with the same diet in small portions for the next 48 hours. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.

Poor Oso. I would withhold food tonight, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice starting in the morning in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If he refuses to eat the bland diet, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. There is not a hard and fast rule for how long a pet should be without food. Some vets say as long as 24 hours. I generally recommend 6 to 12 hours. It may help also if you feed him a bland diet for the next 24 hours. Boiled white meat chicken and plain boiled white rice. If he continues to be sick, have him examined by the veterinarian.

Abdominal pain in dogs is different than in himans, you can't give her meds without knowing what is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours, but if she is not better by then or if she seems worse you need to take her to the vet in order to get it checked, it could be serious.

Sorry to hear Roxy's tummy is bothering her. My concern is that she might have something causing this like a sickness, low bulk diet, foreign body, anal gland issue, dehydration, or even cancer. I would recommend her seeing a veterinarian to rule out any medical condition. If you would like something to try at home first, you could try a bland diet of boiled chicken or hamburger with rice. Add in some canned pumpkin and/or green beans to give her some bulk.
