My dog has a swollen, red throat spreading to his chest. Is it cancer?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 40 lbs

Swollen throat area also redness on the area ....the swelling is increasing to the chest area ..can it be a cancer or tumor.eating normally

IT could be cancer (lymphoma) but it could also be an abscess, i would recommend taking Tommy to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked, a simple fine needle aspiration test can help with the diagnosis.
