This looks seriously infected/inflamed and Grayson will need pain medicine and likely a prescription antibiotic to alleviate the swelling and infection. Is this the location where the envenomation occurred? There could still be residual swelling and gravity is taking it to the lowest place. Otherwise the skin could be becoming necrotic from the bite. I would suggest bathing the area with a gentle aloe and oatmeal type shampoo. If Duke's skin does not improve within 1-2 days, I would bring him to the vet, as he may need something stronger such as oral antibiotics. It appears to be infected at this point. It can be an abscess from a big bite. It does need to be lanced and drained and have antibiotics with sedation from your vet since it is painful. Sometimes they can rupture on their own... if you notice that you need to clean it with soap and water. You can apply a warm compress to the area to help with swelling.
