My GSD neck was swollen - we went to the vet and they did an Xray ..they states that he ay have ate a wasp and was tung because he has fluid retention in his throat and chest...he had s steroid shot and Benadryl shot yesterday. He seems worse today and now his entire face and muzzle are swollen and seems more difficult for him to move.

Oh no, poor Kratos! If he's getting worse, he needs to be back into a vet immediately. He needs further treatment, and if his face continues to swell up, he could go into respiratory distress. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
