I'm not sure if there was a typo perhaps? Also, please let us know the milligrams of the mediation and about how many there were. We can better advise you then! They will be able to give you a very clear, very definitive knowledge of whether or not this is problematic, what to expect, and whether or not to go to the vet. While I would certainly recommend calling aspca poison control, I do not believe that 5mg of warfarin exceeds the threshold for a toxic dose based on a 6 kilogram body weight. According to the academy of vet pharmacists, a 5 mg per kg dose is the threshold meaning that about 30 mg is needed to show clinical signs in most cases. However every patient is different and if your dog has any other issues or takes other meds this could be affected. Hope this helps.
