My dog ate Tylenol or paracetamol. Is it dangerous? Do I need a vet?

My dog just ate 1 or 2 paracetamol tablets what will happen? Should we go to the vet?

This type of intoxication can be extremely dangerous and lead to serious consequences. Side effects would depend on the dose.
