My dog is quite big and swallowed a rubber pacifier whole 1 hour ago. What can I do to help if i is an issue?

Unfortunately rubber pacifier may cause gastrointestinal obstructions and quite often we do see this problem in practice. The size of your dog matters (bigger size = less likely to cause an obstruction), but I do see these foreign bodies stuck in the stomach or intestine relatively often even in giant dogs.
I think it would be best to take her to your veterinarian and have her checked. Your vet will maker her sick and get rid of the problem straight away.
