Poor Ozzy, This does not sound comfortable. It is impossible to tell what these are without being able to see and feel them. I would definitely get him looked at by a veterinarian when you can. If he is not bleeding too much and is not in pain, you may be able to wait to see your regular veterinarian tomorrow. But if you are concerned about him, then don't hesitate to bring him tonight. Some types of parasites can erupt through the skin. Although this is not typically life threatening, it does require treatment. Best of luck you and Ozzy.
