Why is my dog struggling to breathe, vomiting, and acting lethargic?

Distemper seems unlikely (especially if vaccinated), but Doc seems more likely affected by an upper respiratory tract infection/inflammation. Considering the presence of lethargy, an immediate check up is needed. Antibiotics may be needed.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that Cookis is so sick! The difficulty breathing and vomiting in a young puppy is very concerning to me. You need to take Cookis back to your veterinarian as it sounds like X-rays need to be done. She may have developed pneumonia or have a blockage in her gastrointestinal tract. It is very important to have Cookis seen by a veterinarian as I'm concerned it sounds like she is very ill. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at home to help at this point without knowing what exactly is causing these issues. I'm concerned about your dog, especially since her symptoms are getting worse. She could have a respiratory infection, or it could be something more serious such as heart disease. I think she needs to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. I am sorry to hear about your dog. These symptoms are indications that your dog needs to see a vet right away. Any time we have breathing issues, it is considered an emergency. There are many different causes for lethargy and difficulty breathing but could include an infection in the lungs, a problem with the heart, anemia/low red blood cells, trauma to name just a few. The vet will do an exam and may recommend x-rays of the lungs and/or bloodwork to check for low red blood cells and signs of systemic disease. They may provide oxygen support if needed and will base treatment on the results of testing. I wouldn't delay in getting her in right away!

Poor Stewie! Since it sounds like he's having some trouble breathing and is very uncomfortable, I would really recommend taking him to an emergency vet tonight. If he has asthma, he may need injectable steroids to help open up his airways and make it easier for him to breathe. If these symptoms are new, it's also possible that he may have some other problem causing him to feel ill and act lethargic. In that case, he may need blood work or x-rays to help determine the problem.

Karma needs to be examined by a vet right away, especially if she is breathing heavy. She could have pancreatitis, gastritis/enteritis, infection, parasite, foreign body, etc. Your vet can do an examination, lab-work, and take an x-ray to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. She may need an anti-vomiting medication, antibiotic, fluids, and other medications, depending on the cause. Please call your vet and have her examined so treatment can be started.

Poor guy. I would highly recommend taking Angus in to any available vet asap. Difficulty breathing could indicate a lung issue now which could even suggest that he may have pneumonia since he recently had vomiting episodes.
