My dog has a strange spot. Could it be ringworm or another skin issue?

Hi there. I wanted to know if this looks like it is or is possibly a case of ring worms? Thanks.

If you are posting photos they are not coming through. There must be a glitch in the system. I apologize for that but unfortunately I cannot comment much without a photo.

All I can say is that many skin diseases look the same. The only way you are going to get a diagnosis is by taking her to the vet and having an exam and some testing done. Even if I saw the photo I would just be guessing. In a younger dog the most common things to cause a hairless spot are ringworm and mange but there are other possibilities.

Sorry, that is the best I can tell you right now. Maybe try posting again tomorrow and hopefully the photos will be showing up.
