Elliot could be vomiting due to GI irritation, toxin, viral infection. If he appears painful or bloated at all get to a vet immediately as Great Danes can twist their stomachs and this is a life threatening emergency.

You may try giving her plain canned pumpkin (no the pie filling) in her food to see if that helps firm up her stool in a day or two, but if not, Ellie will need to see her veterinarian for a fecal test to check for parasites and a fecal culture to check for bacteria. If she is not up to date on vaccines, parvovirus is also a possibility. Lastly, if all else as been ruled out, a food allergy may be suspected. It sounds as Ellabell is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.
