My dog's spine lump popped and bled. Is it a spider bite or cyst?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 80 lbs

HuskySt Bernard mix, noticed a small lump on spine which grew to 3/4 inch in 48hrs and popped today. Fillied with mostly blood . Didnt seem tender or itchy and theres no signs of fever or lathargy, maybe spider bite?

It could be a spider bite, but it could also be a cyst. I would gently clean the area with warm water and antiseptic soap. Tomorrow have Duke seen by a vet, as if it's a cyst, it may need to be removed surgically to prevent it from filling up again.
