Panda grazed his hock a week ago I have been treating with manuka honey then had to use imflamol gel I wash with chlorohexidine and today tried neosoothe ointment its sore looks yellowish and raw he is a little tender on it not swollen but he isn't keen to let me treat it what can I do to help it heal

Even though a picture would help to understand better the underlying cause, this presentation could be due to a trauma or localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria). A check up, appropriate disinfection and eventually antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem.
Disinfection can eventually be done at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid licking.
