Doodle's skin certainly has a noticeable depigmentation. Possible causes of this issue include fungal infections (Malassezia or ringworm), demodectic mange, or cancerous lesions (less common given his young age). At this point, I recommend taking Doodle to the vet for an exam. The vet will be able to perform skin cytology (to look for Malassezia yeast or bacteria), a fungal culture (to look for ringworm) and skin scrapings (to look for the mites that cause mange). A skin biopsy may also be needed down the line to get to the root of this issue so that it can be treated appropriately. I hope that all goes well for Doodle!
