My 35 lb cockapoo has 2 white small circular approx 1/8" growths on the outside of her rear leg under her fur. Just noticed them. What could they be she's still frisky and not troubled by them

These could be benign growths such as warts and sometimes they may be not benign. I suggest you monitor them for growth and if you can actually tell that they are growing within a reasonable time (2 weeks or so), then I suggest you take Roxy to a veterinarian for a skin exam. If you are very worried and do not want to observe the masses for a while, then make an appointment with your vet for next week.
