My dog is very sick, weak, dehydrated, and won't eat or drink.

I am no sure how long this has been going on for; however these are severe and warrant a vet visit. I would highly recommend taking Gizmo to the vet right away. They need to run some tests to determine what the underlying problem is since just about every condition can cause these symptoms. You can try offering him a small amount of honey (1 tsp) or some canned tuna for now to see if that can give him a little energy; however, he needs to see a vet for further care. There are so many things that can cause weight loss, lack of appetite and lethragy like an infection, parasites, liver or kidney disease, a pyometra (infection if the uterus), cancer, and much more. I would have you vet take a look at her. Your vet will be able to do blood work and possible x-rays if needed. Any continued abnormal symptoms (longer than 24 hours) warrants a vet exam. I cannot tell you what is wrong with her just by your description. There are many different things that could be causing her symptoms. Those symptoms are very vague and could be caused by any illness or disease process. I can tell you that you need to be diligent getting weird symptoms checked out especially with an older dog. Please get her a vet exam as soon as you can. They may recommend running some lab tests and/or x-rays.

There are so so many things that can causing the decrease drinking and lethargy like an infection, kidney or liver disease, a toxin, or even cancer and much more. Since he has been since for three days, I would strongly recommend to have your vet or a local emergency vet take a look at him. They will be able to run bloodwork and X-rays if needed to help determine why he isn’t feeling well. They will be able to get him on the appropriate meds to help him feel better. Poor Diamond! From what you're describing here, it definitely sounds like she's extremely sick and may die without immediate veterinary care. I would recommend taking her to your nearest emergency clinic immediately to be seen - there is nothing you can do at home for a problem as serious as this. If you're not sure where to go, try calling your regular vet's office. Their voicemail message should have contact information for your nearest ER, or an on-call doctor for emergencies.
