My dog's diarrhea is better, but now her legs are shaking. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 11 lbs

my dog has diarrhea and when it seems to get better her legs started trembling, im just unsure if she went out and got herself hurt or if the trembling is caused by other reasons.

Leg tremors can be caused by weakness, pain, certain toxins or neurologic disease. If she is dehydrated or painful from the diarrhea the two could be related, but since the diarrhea is resolving it’s also possible that the leg tremors are not related to the diarrhea. I would recommend seeing a veterinarian if they continue.
