My dog has been recently treated for fleas and I have noticed her ithching her neck more. She also sheds but I put this down to her annual shedding hair for summer. She is three and is a King Charles and beagle cross Yours sincerely Katelyn

Hi Katelyn! Duv could be scratching her neck because she has a flea allergy or she could have an ear infection. Flea allergies can develop if a dog has a large burden of fleas. I recommend having Duv seen by a vet in the morning. The vet can diagnose the cause of her itching, and can prescribe treatment for it.
