This sounds like a skin infection and may be secondary to allergies. I would try some beandryl twice a day and a medicated shampoo like miconahex-triz. The one on her stomach looks like a collarette. these can occur secondary to an infection from allergies or getting scratched or bitten by something that cause irritation. The ones on her back are small scabs/pustules. These do benefit from antibiotics along with a medicated shampoo. You can give a bath once a week to help keep the coat and skin rinsed and cleaned. You can apply neosporin to the large one until you can get to a vet

His chest seems worse than his feet in those photos! an allergy is vet likely but for joe t seems it may be infected also. If you can't get in before next week you can try a medicated shampoo twice a week to help clean and rinse the skin and wipe the feet down after coming in from outside. You can apply a medicated powder between the Toes to help and give an antihistamine such as Benadryl.
