My dog has red swollen lumps on her belly. Could it be an allergy?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 8 years and 10 months old

My black labrador has 2 white lumps each side of her tail. But shes just rolled over to have her belly rubbed and she has absolutley loads of swollen red lumps covering her whole belly

Poor Jett! I'm worried that she is having some kind of allergic reaction. I would recommend having her seen by your vet as soon as possible. She probably needs some antihistamines and maybe some steroids for the redness and swelling. Since I see that you are in the UK, I'm worried that your vet may no longer be open. If they have previously given you a recommendation for an antihistamine like Benadryl, you could certainly give that tonight, but I wouldn't give it if your vet hasn't given you a dose for Jett previously. If Jett is having any swelling involving her face, or any problems swallowing or breathing, please take her to a vet immediately.
