My dog has a red itchy rash from licking. Coconut oil didn't help. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 50 lbs

Hi my dog has a red itchy rash she continuously has been licking. It's shining because I applied coconut oil and apple cider vinegar to it. Just seemed like something that might help. She's 2 years old lab and terrier mix

I don't think coconut oil and vinegar will be helpful. I suggest you use this medicated spray on the affected areas once per day. If after 5-7 days there is minimal to no improvement then Lucy should see a vet. Hope this helps. Best wishes!
