My dog has red eyes, eye boogers, and is eating less. Should I worry?

Dogs can certainly get infection of their conjunctiva which is pinkeye. However this could indicate an upper respiratory tract infection or something wrong with the eye it's self which is more concerning. It would be best to have Rocko examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible to make sure that eye is OK. If it is a short course of a topical ointment maybe all that is needed. However if the eye is involved or there's an infection he will likely need antibiotics. You should stop him from pawing or rubbing at the eye as well as keeping the discharge cleared with a warm washcloth until he can see a veterinarian.

It sounds like Blacky may have a bit of an upper respiratory infection as that can cause discharge from the eyes and nose, as well as fever, lethargy and loss of appetite, a vet checkup can help confirm this and get him started on treatment to feeling better. However, if he's been bitten by a potentially rabid animal or isn't up to date on his vaccines you should seek veterinary care immediately.

This looks like very severe allergies or a condition like mange though other possibilities like immune mediated disease still have to be considered. This can be differentiated based on physical examination and basic diagnostics. This must be really painful and for that reason I highly recommend that you have Callie evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as soon as possible. Her decreased appetite is likely due to discomfort. They would be able to check for these possibilities and most importantly, treat her accordingly. Rocky could have injured his eye or has a severe eye infection. Any eye problem needs to be checked out by a vet promptly as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I'd take him into a vet today.

He also sounds like he is having gastrointestinal upset as well. Based on his exam findings, his veterinarian may recommend fecal testing to look for intestinal parasites or another type of infection.
