Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 12 days old | 63 lbs
1 yr 1 month intact male golden Retriever had hot spot ventral neck, treated and resolved. Shortly after, 3 red, raised pimple-like eruptions occurring in shaved area. Using a steroid/antibiotic cream but no noticeable response after several days. No noticable itching or any other symptoms. Normal BMs, everything else normal. On regular Rx flea prevention. Rest of skin normal. What is the likelihood of food allergy vs other? Could it be contact dermatitis due to shaved and exposed area?
