The photo is a little fuzzy so its hard to say. It may be an oral papilloma, which is due to canine papillomavirus. Typically these resolve on their own, but many more may pop up over the next few weeks on his lips and in his mouth. It could also be an inflamed hair follicle or a skin infection. I wouldn't rush him to the vet just yet. Just monitor the area for the next few days to a week. It should go away on its own if it is just a bug bite or minor skin reaction. If it gets worse or doesn't resolve then its best to have it looked at after the wait and see period is over, especially if Beaux is not bothered by it.

In the meantime, you can try keeping it clean with a dilute soap and water solution, but Brody may not like it! It could be an infection, cyst, allergic reaction, or mass. Have your vet take a look at the bump tomdetermine the cause. Your vet can do a fine needle aspirate to diagnose and then determine the best way to treat it. He may need an antibiotic, antihistamine, corticosteroid to treat or it may need to be removed.

Piper could have a resistant bacterial infection, chronic irritation leading to an infection/whiteheads or even a type of mite. Sometimes keeping the area clean and preventing any trauma such as rubbing or pawing at the area is helpful. Other times prescription strength medication is needed from your veterinarian.

This could be caused by trauma (biting his lip) or it could be an early mass or even an infected gland. You could monitor its size and shape every day to every few days and if it hasn't changed Jax could be ok just to watch it until his next veterinary visit.
