I am sorry to hear about your concern for Saki. It is a bit difficult to really see the lesion in these photos. If it looks like a whitehead pimple (has a whitish colored center) you can try cleaning it with an antibacterial soap such as Hibiclens (available at most drug stores) and applying a topical antibiotic ointment twice daily. If it is not resolving within a week or if it is increasing in size a vet visit is recommended. You can also try warm compresses for 15 minutes a few times a day if it looks like it might come to a head and drain. If it is more of a solid mass then it could be a small tumor. We can have benign (non harmful) tumors of the skin, but with any potential tumor it is safest to have your vet examine the area.

Some are more benign, such as sebaceous adenomas, where others are malignant and can spread/behave aggressively such as mast cell tumors. Unfortunately without examining the growth we cannot tell you what type of mass you have. The safest course of action would be to set up an appointment with your vet. They can examine the area and may recommend what is called a fine needle aspirate, where a small needle is inserted into the growth to collect cells to aid in identification of the mass which can help determine the appropriate course of action (i.e. just monitor for changes versus surgical removal).

This growth needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take Sissy to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.

Hello. Because of this lesions' change in size & color, I would recommend just having it removed. It looks like a melanoma, but would need histopathology to definitively diagnose it. It is small so removal should be pretty easy. This would be a good time to have your veterinarian take a good look deep into Moka's ears. This is often differentiated by a test called a fine needle aspirate (FNA) which is a pain free, inexpensive and easy procedure which in most cases will help reach a diagnosis.
