My old dog has pyometra. What happens if she avoids surgery?

My dog was diagnosed with pyometra and after medications of 15 days surgery was adviced.but my dog is old and I fear about surgery.i continued medications but discharge is still there and if I don't go for surgery then what will happen in her next heat cycle?as discharge is still there so pyometra is still there then if not spayed what will happen in her heat cycle(October mid)?will it take dangerous turn or be the same?

I'm sorry Chutki has a pyometra. She won't get her another heat while having a pyometra. Unfortunately medical treatment of a pyometra frequently does not work, and surgery is the best option for her. It sounds like the treatment isn't working if she still has a discharge 15 days later, and this infection likely will get worse and can kill her if not treated correctly. I would strongly recommend getting her the surgery. Best of luck.
