My dog has pyometra and is in pain. Can I give her leftover tramadol?

My dog was just diagnosed with pyometra. She is shaking in pain, my vet is closed, can I give her some leftover tramadol for the pain.

Hi. I would not if it wasn't prescribed for her. If it was, and weight is still the same, you can give a dose. But, Pyometra is life threatening. If she is shaking and feeling that bad, I'd recommend highly going to the ER.
