My dog has pyoderma. Should I use meds or just medicated baths?

How do I treat pyoderma on my dog dose he need Meds or just bathing 3 times a week

Pyoderma usually needs antibiotic oral treatment if it is located in more than one place, if it is in one specific place an antibiotic ointment might be enough. bathing can also help but only with a special medicated shampoo.
