Chihuahua has puss pockets, red marks, fur loss. Could it be ringworm?

When I hear that a dog has red circles on their body, my first thought is ringworm. This is a highly contagious fungal infection that can spread to other animals and humans as well. It could also be that Sophia has a skin infection or may have injured herself leading to these red circles. It is possible she has an overgrowth of bacteria or yeast or both on her skin. She may need special medicated shampoo such as Ketochlor or Malaseb or in some cases oral medication. I would bring her in to the vet to look at the area and they can test to see if bacteria or yeast or present and prescribe appropriate treatment.

This is very suspicious of an infection called ringworm, it is a common fungal infection in puppies. you will need to take him to the vet in order to get it confirmed and treated with an antifungal medication.
