  Hello, there are other ways to diagnose pregnancy which can be performed by your veterinarian. Unfortunately, some dogs may show behavior changes and some may not based the change in their mammary glands at the very end of gestation. Your vet can measure Relaxin at days 22-25, perform an ultrasound, or take radiographs around day 40 if you know when she may have been bred, Hope this helps.

  If your dog was in heat and near an intact male, there is always a chance of pregnancy, and all signs should be confirmed in person with your vet (as false pregnancy can occur). Pregnancy usually lasts 60-65 days in dogs.
  
  Signs can include weight gain, changes in behavior, swelling of the nipples, and then contractions/temperature/appetite changes as labor approaches.

  There are a number of physical signs that can indicate a pregnant in dogs, including enlarged nipples, weight gain, lethargy, enlarged belly, clear vaginal discharge, and nesting behavior. The best way to know if Ellie is pregnant, however, is to have her examined by a vet. The vet can do a blood test, ultrasound, and/or x-rays to confirm her pregnancy, give you an idea of how for along she is, and how many she is having.

  I'm not sure what additional signs of pregnancy she is showing, and because I can't see her in person, I can't say whether she is pregnant or not. She could be pregnant, but if her mammary glands are enlarged, that can also be a sign of mammary tumors. I would take her into the vet for an exam. The vet can do a blood test to look for relaxin (which is produced when a dog is pregnant), x-rays, and/or an ultrasound to see if she is pregnant. If the vet is concerned she may have mammary tumors, can perform a test called a fine needle aspirate on it. To do this, the vet sticks a small needle into the lump to get a sample of it's cells, and examines the cells on a slide under a microscope. It's usually painless to the animal, and relatively quick to perform. I would take her into the vet today.
