You will know for sure when the puppies come out! You can also take Marley to the vet to see if she is pregnant. An ultrasound can be done 25 days after a possible breeding, and x-rays can be done 45 days after breeding. You can't tell for sure based on an enlarging belly and/or mammary glands since a false or pseudo-pregnancy (no puppies) can cause these to occur, as well.

Without seeing Dakota in person, there is no way we can say if she is pregnant or not. I'd wait until 45 days after she mated, then take her into the vet. The vet can do x-rays to confirm the pregnancy, and can tell you how many puppies she is carrying. Best of luck.

Hello. It may still be a little too early to tell if she is pregnant. The earliest we can detect a pregnancy on ultrasound is around 21 days, so you might want to do this soon. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
