My dog has recurring pimple-like bumps between toes. What's wrong?

Updated on September 23rd, 2025

My dog has was looks like pimples in between her toes. Shes had them before, I would drain it and clean it and it would go away. This time it doesn't seem to want to go away. What could it be and how can I help her?

It could be a sign of infection (bacterial, fungal, or mites), autoimmune disorder, or foreign body. Since they have come back repeatedly, I would recommend that your dog see a vet for diagnosis. While you wait for an appointment, you could try a follicle flushing, medicated shampoo like Dechra DermaBenSs Shampoo.
