Why is my dog peeing everywhere, panting, and licking paws a lot?

Unfortunately, there isn't much for you to go on from this description. Increased water intake can signify many different changes, and the same is true for the lethargy you're describing. Going to the vet for a check up would certainly be ideal, but since that's not an option right now, I'd recommend: -Making sure she always has access to water at all times, and take her out more frequently if she's having accidents - Soaking her feet in epson salt bath for 5 minutes a day to help with whatever is irritating them - Think about any toxins she could have gotten in to, or changes in her diet or treats you could change back And if she's not getting better, work towards getting her to the vet as soon as possible. As I said when you posted previously, I'd be concerned Pebble has a UTI or bladder stones causing her to lick her genitals and urinate in the home. She could have pain and that is preventing her from jumping on the chair. The experts here cannot diagnose anything without seeing the animal in person, and the best thing for her is to take her into the vet in the morning. Best of luck.

If Lillie is in that much distress I would seek out another veterinarian that is available, or an emergency clinic in your area, especially if she is heavily panting, painful, or unable to keep anything down. Be sure to let the new vet know what tests have been done, medications tried (and that they aren't helping) and any other symptoms you are seeing/for how long.

I can understand being worried about Buddy. It sounds like there are a few things going on with him. Constantly licking his paws could be due to something such as allergies, an injury, infection, parasites, anxiety, or even boredom. The heavy panting could be due to heat, pain, or a severe medical problem like heart disease. I'm not sure how old he is, but heart disease can be a common problem in older dogs, and when the heart isn't pumping properly due to heart disease, it leads to fluid build up in the lungs, consequently leading to panting. Without seeing him in person, I can't say what is going on for sure with him, but I agree it does sound worrying. I think it's best you have him seen by a vet now for a health check to be safe. I would recommend having your dog seen as soon as possible if her symptoms are not improving tomorrow, even if this means taking her in to another vet or an emergency vet. Diseases we worry about with these symptoms include Cushings Disease (where the adrenal glands produce too much steroids), diabetes, kidney disease and liver disease. Some of these conditions can worsen quickly and become life threatening so having her examined and having bloodwork and urinalysis done as soon as possible to determine the underlying cause is the safest way to proceed.

The most common diseases that cause dogs to drink and urinate more are urinary tract infections, kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, cushings disease, and addisons disease. If the urinalysis was negative for infection then, hopefully, the bloodwork will help diagnose the problem. Hopefully, the bloodwork will be back in the morning. Hope she feels better soon!
