Why is my dog peeing inside, struggling to poop, and so tired?

Diarrhea can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Peach evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Further diagnostics would include abdominal imaging and lab work. It sounds like your dog needs to visit her veterinarian. She is not responding to over the counter treatments so may need prescription laxatives, an enema, or x-rays to be sure there isn't an obstruction/identifiable cause for her constipation. Urinary accidents could be a result of her straining causing overall irritation or she could be feeling urgency due to constipation but then when she squats she can't poop but the straining/urgency in the pelvic area causes her to urinate.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Sadie. Older dogs can develop a senile like disorder known as canine cognitive dysfunction. It is somewhat similar to Alzheimer's disease in people. The dogs will forget their house training. They tend to mix up their days and nights, pace, pant and some will get stuck in corners or under furniture. It is worth having her evaluated by her veterinarian to determine if this is the case or if something else is causing her inappropriate elimination. I hope this information helps!

Sometimes as a dog ages they develop something called cognitive dysfunction (like dementia) where they forget their training. This may be the cause of Tot's accidents. A supplement like Senilife may help withi this. Pain and arthritis can also lead to accident in an older dog as they have a harder time going outside and positioning to go to the bathroom. Sometimes urinary tract infection, internal medical issues or digestive problems may also cause accidents in the house. A visit to your Veterinarian may help to sort out what the cause of Tot's accidents are. Until you are able to take him to the vet you may want to take him outside more frequently to avoid accidents.

I recommend to have Hannah examined by the veterinarian for a urinary tract infection. This could be the cause of the symptoms. Also monitor her for any signs of dementia. This does sound odd, but I'm not sure that anything is medically wrong. Sometimes dogs with neurologic disease such as seizure disorders, or those who have ingested neurologic toxins will urinate and defecate, but they are typically also disoriented. Urinary and fecal incontinence can occur, and diarrhea or a urinary tract infection could cause a dog to have an accident in the house, but if this were a problem I would expect the behavior to continue. I would recommend keeping an eye on Kova and seeing your veterinarian if her urination and defecation continues to seem abnormal.
