This does not look very alarming and I think it can wait until Monday. Keep giving his antibiotic, do not let it get contaminated with dirt and keep the e-collar on your dog at all times in order to keep him from licking.

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I'm glad I could help over the phone and based on the pictures I would still say that I am not concerned about this and this should be okay to wait until the recheck appointment on Monday. It looks inflamed and there may possibly be some fluid under the skin such as a seroma or hematoma from the injury. If you are able to, a cold pack applied to the area for 2-3 minutes. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!
