Pannus (chronic superficial keratitis) is an inflammatory disease of the cornea, which seems to be related to an autoimmune disease.
Treatment is not expensive and it is usually medical, involving eye drops application, usually dexamethasone, prednisolone, or cyclosporine (or similar active molecule).
