My dog has pancreatitis, on meds. Is heavy breathing normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 2 years old | 8 lbs

My dog has pancreatitis and is currently on medication no vomit no diarrhea good appetite a little water intake but is breathing slightly heavy I just want to make sure that this is normal for his current condition thank you

This could be completely normal and possibly due to a mild residual abdominal discomfort due to the pancreatitis. It could be completely normal, but of course needs monitoring as if persistent may need to be checked at your local vets. If that is the case some pain relief medications may be needed.
