My dog has painful, bloody pimples on her ears and neck. What is it?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

My dog has little water pimples around her ears and the neck ones look like they gave popped and have bits of blood she don’t have many but I’m concerned it’s something that irritates her and brings her pain she shakes her head a bit I would like to know if u can help me identify this issue and see if u can fix it with out paying so much money .

This is likely to be due to a folliculitis secondary to superficial bacterial infection of the skin.A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem.
Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking/scratching (if any).
