I am not sure where this cluster of pimples is, but if it is on the chin this could be chin acne. This could also be a skin allergic dermatitis to some type of allergen (chemical or environmental). The almost clear contents inside mixed with blood is probably a folliculitis (inflamed hair follicles) which typically requires antibiotics and medicated cleansers to flush out the follicles. If you canno get to your vet right away for treatment, you can try gently cleansing the area with an antiseptic like Betadine diluted 50:50 with warm water or Chlorhexidine 3% diluted as instructed on the bottle (preferred)- available at most Walmart's, to see if this calms things down a bit. Any further treatment depends on the location of the rash and getting your vet involved may be best for Abbie, because he/she can thoroughly examine the area and get her on stronger medications to resolve the skin.

I would recommend taking Sadie to the vet to determine the cause of the pustules, and to prescribe the proper treatment. In the meantime, do not squeeze them or try to pop them, as you could potentially spread infection. I am sorry to hear about your concern for Saki. It is a bit difficult to really see the lesion in these photos. If it looks like a whitehead pimple (has a whitish colored center) you can try cleaning it with an antibacterial soap such as Hibiclens (available at most drug stores) and applying a topical antibiotic ointment twice daily. If it is not resolving within a week or if it is increasing in size a vet visit is recommended. You can also try warm compresses for 15 minutes a few times a day if it looks like it might come to a head and drain. If it is more of a solid mass then it could be a small tumor. We can have benign (non harmful) tumors of the skin, but with any potential tumor it is safest to have your vet examine the area.
