My dog was prescribed Optimune for dry eye (to increase fluid) about 6 months ago. At the time, her eye pressure was 16 in both eyes. Today her eye pressure is 25 (R) and 20 (L) and she has been prescribed Dorzolamide for glaucoma (which is supposed to REDUCE FLUID in the eye). My question: Are the two medications working against each other? And, is it possible that the Optimune caused, or contributed to, the glaucoma issue? Thank you!
