My dog won't eat, is panting, drooling, restless, and seems in pain.

Poor Luckie, she sounds sick. If she is nauseous, that could cause her to lick her lips and drink lots of water. Being lethargic and not moving around can mean she has a fever or is in pain. Luckie may have an issue inside the GI tract (intestines) causing nausea or trouble with how her organs, particularly kidneys and liver are functioning as the cause for these symptoms. I recommend having Luckie examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible. They may recommend x-rays to look at the GI tract and/or blood work to evaluate her kidneys and liver. Good luck!

She could also be experiencing a gastrointestinal infection affecting her appetite, joint or muscular pain or even a wound somewhere. There are many possibilities for the symptoms you are describing: Not eating, panting, lethargic, restless. Some things that could be wrong: she could have a fever, she could be in pain (in her belly), she could be in heart failure, have pneumonia or other lung or heart issue, she could have eaten something that is now stuck in her intestines or stomach, lyme disease, she could be bleeding some where or she could have a metabolic problem like kidney failure, liver disease, etc. The possibilities are long and some are serious. The most serious symptom you are reporting is the trouble breathing, that alone is a reason to take her to your Vet today. I wish you the best of luck!

I'm sorry Lucky isn't feeling well. If this has been going on for more than 1 day, then he should be seen by his veterinarian. There are too many causes to list that can make a dog vomit and not eat, but many can be serious. Panting in dogs is often a sign of pain or discomfort. When you take Lucky to the vet, be ready to answer questions about his regular diet, if he has eaten anything abnormal lately, does he chew on items, exposure to poisons or chemicals. As much information as you know about these things can help your vet narrow down possible causes for Lucky's illness. After examining Lucky they will make recommendations for further diagnostic tests such as blood tests or radiographs. I hope Lucky starts feeling better soon.

It sounds like Lucky is sick. Losing teeth indicates serious dental disease and this can lead to several other disease processes. Dental disease is often painful and could also be a reason he is not eating well in general although not eating is also a sign of many disease conditions. Additionally, drinking lots of water is concerning for something like kidney disease, diabetes, endocrine disease or an infection. Urinating in the house can also be related to kidney disease, a bladder infection, diabetes or Cushing's Disease. Lucky needs to see his veterinarian very soon (ideally within the next few days) and the doctor will likely need to run bloodwork and a urinalysis to check for signs of disease or infection. The doctor can also discuss a dental cleaning and extractions of diseased teeth. It's always better to be safe than sorry. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions!

Vomiting, drooling and inappetence can be observed with conditions such as gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, dietary indiscretion, gastrointestinal foreign body ingestion and obstruction, among other possibilities. For this reason, I highly recommend that you have Peanut evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as soon as possible as I am afraid she is likely becoming dehydrated. Hello, sorry to hear about Shep. The panting may be associated to discomfort from his GI tract or other abdominal organs such as his pancreas. Additionally, given his breed, Shep may also be having back pain and he is unwilling to eat because of pain. If this is associated with his GI tract, he would also potentially be having soft stools, vomiting or regurgitation, lethargy, and anorexia. If this is associated with his back, then he would most likely be reluctant to move, avoid stairs or going up/down from the bed, may be hear yelping/whining/crying when moving, or being carried, or may even be unwilling to turn his neck. However, certain signs with this may overlap occasionally as each dog may experience pain/discomfort differently. For this reason, it would be best o have Shep evaluated by his veterinarian today.
