My dog isn't eating normally. What's wrong and what should I do?

I would advise the following Bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice. This will be good for her gastrointestinal tract and will tempt her to eat. Do this for a few days. It sounds like Code is sick. I am concerned he hasn't eaten for a day and he's weak. Not eating can be a sign of many problems such as dental disease, systemic illness, infection, or injury. It seems as Rosy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking Rosi to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

As long as Rosie is acting normal and is not losing weight this might be normal behavior for her. However if she has any drooling, odor from her mouth, vomiting or is losing weight I would be concerned about something else going on such as an infection in her mouth, inflammation of her stomach, or even kidney issues.
