My dog hasn't eaten for 2 days, is tired. What's wrong with her?

It could be something like gastroenteritis (tummy upset), pancreatitis, infection, or pain, among many other things. I would take her to a vet in the morning, where they will perform a full physical exam to check for any sources of pain or discomfort. They may also recommend blood tests or x-rays depending on what is found and what her other symptoms are. Hopefully with these, they will be able to find out the cause of her anorexia. In the meantime, I would try offering her a small homemade meal of plain boiled chicken and rice. It sounds as Julie is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti nausea injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

I suppose it's possible but I am concerned there is something else going on. Unhealthy human food can cause pancreatitis. Pancreatitis can lead to liver damage, peritonitis and multi-organ failure. Queen could also have a partial intestinal blockage or have kidney damage. Because she has abnormal for 1-2 weeks now, I recommend to have her examined as soon as she can be. She will need some bloodwork and she may need a radiograph. I recommend to go ahead and start a bland diet now. a bland diet is not likely to fix her problem but it won't hurt. A bland diet can consist of 25% boiled white meat chicken and 75% boiled white rice. This should all be plain. Encourage her to drink water and keep her activity minimal so she is resting. Make sure to bring in a stool sample as well because parasites can also cause prolonged GI issues. Mane is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe she is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe he is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get her checked, if she doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with Mane.

Unfortunately not eating is a shared symptom of just about every disease process so it’s impossible to know for sure without some kind of testing. You can try offering her some boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese to see if this entices her to eat. However if she continues to refuse food, or develops any other signs of illness then it’s best to get her seen by your local vet ASAP for some testing (bloodwork, urinalysis +/- radiographs). Stomach swelling in dogs can also result from the dog eating too much all at once, internal bleeding due to trauma or a ruptured mass, intestinal obstruction, or tumors. Peritonitis and ascites (fluid in the abdomen) can also cause a swollen stomach, as well as Cushing's disease. I recommend you get Maisey into your vet as soon as possible. This has been going on for a few days, and it's clearly not going to resolve on it's own. She needs medical attention from a vet, who can diagnose and treat the problem.
